Our inspections are visual evaluations of the pool and spa environment that include (but are not limited to):
- Equipment: Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Time Clocks, Control Panels
- Interior/Exterior: Plaster Finish, Fiberglass, Liner, Tile, Coping, Decking
- Barriers: Fences, Gates and Locking Mechanisms/Latches
- Misc. Equipment: Ladders, Rails, Covers, Cover Lifters, Drain Covers, Lights, & Cleaners
We will spend time with you at the property explaining everything that exists, how the pool operates, and answer any questions you may have. After the inspection is completed, we will then provide an in-depth report detailing everything that is present, as well as noting any issues that need to be addressed. We will make recommendations on how to correct any issues and will also estimate their costs.
